CafeSoft operates on an offline-first architecture. Your transaction history, customer lists, financial figures, and menu pricing remain stored locally on your desktop device within an encrypted SQLite database. CafeSoft does not automatically upload your daily store revenue or customer database to external cloud servers.
When you fill out forms on our website (such as demo booking, contact forms, or download lead forms), we collect basic contact information (Name, Email, Phone Number, Cafe Name, City) solely to deliver software download access and support services. We do not sell or trade your lead data to third parties.
Our marketing website uses minimal standard performance cookies and UTM campaign parameter tracking to analyze website traffic sources and improve site speed.
